Job summary

NetApp seeks a strategic GTM Transformation Lead to drive AI-led revenue transformation across the go-to-market organization. You will connect business strategy to operational delivery, define outcomes, redesign workflows, and pilot AI-enabled initiatives from concept to scale.

You will partner across teams, manage cross-functional programs, and build governance and playbooks to measure adoption, value realization, and business impact in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in GTM Operations, Revenue Operations, Sales Strategy, Business Operations, Program Management, Management Consulting, GTM Strategic Execution, Digital Innovation, or a related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Lead high-impact AI-led transformation programs from strategy through execution, aligning strategic intent with operating model design and operational delivery.
• Define business outcomes for AI initiatives, including target user experience, operational improvements, and measurable business value for each investment.
• Lead executive reviews and governance discussions to keep strategic initiatives aligned and progressing, translating complex topics into executive recommendations.
• Act as the senior contributor connecting AI strategy to execution across process design, delivery, governance, adoption, and value realization.
• Audit and evaluate RevOps workflows to identify high-impact opportunities for AI, agentic automation, and workflow redesign.
• Contribute to GTM Sales AI Center of Excellence, shaping use cases, prioritization, sequencing, and investment decisions.
• Manage interdependencies, risks, readiness, resources, sequencing, and accountability across multiple GTM Execution workstreams.
• Translate business needs into clear requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, runbooks, and implementation plans.
