Job summary

AutoStore is seeking a transformation leader to modernize Sales Support into a data-driven, AI-enabled operating model. You will shape and scale commercial acceleration initiatives across the installed base, customer lifecycle, and partner ecosystem.

You will work cross-functionally with IT, Data, BI, Product, and Sales Operations to translate friction into practical requirements and drive measurable outcomes in speed, quality, adoption, and productivity.

Qualifications

Proven track record transforming organizations and delivering measurable impact.
Experience leading cross-functional work from framing to adoption.
Hands-on GTM, revenue or sales operations transformation in fast-moving environments.
Ability to turn friction into practical requirements for systems and dashboards.
Strong executive communication and stakeholder management in a global setting.
Willingness to lead by influence in a matrixed organization.

Responsibilities

Modernize the Sales Support experience and build scalable processes.
Analyze how work flows today: intake, case mgmt, PO processing, booking, shipment, and handoffs.
Identify frictions from lack of ownership, visibility, or repetitive steps.
Define future state with clear intake models, standards, SLAs, escalation, and metrics.
Evolve Sales Support into a reliable, high-value operating capability trusted by sellers and partners.
Design AI-enabled workflows: intelligent intake, triage, knowledge assistants, proactive alerts.
Collaborate with IT, Data, BI, Product, and Sales Ops to shape requirements and roadmap.
