• 4+ years partnering with architecture, product and PMO to influence development.
• 2+ years in a leadership role coordinating across cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead transformation and modernization roadmaps for Retail Front Store value streams.
• Drive AI-enabled transformations and execution strategies.
• Identify and manage risks and cross-workstream dependencies.
• End-to-end program planning, tracking and communication to stakeholders.
• Define, measure and track KPIs to show business outcomes for FS merchandising.
