Job summary

KnitWell Group seeks a Director, AI Solutions Delivery to lead the technical execution of AI initiatives across the enterprise. You will oversee transition from POCs to scalable production, ensure platform readiness, and partner with cross-functional teams to align AI deliverables with business goals.

Responsibilities include owning end-to-end delivery, creating technical roadmaps, and guiding teams through production deployment while maintaining governance and performance monitoring.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in technical delivery, AI/ML engineering, data engineering, or solution architecture
• At least 2 years managing production AI or data science projects
• Familiarity with cloud platforms and MLOps practices
• Able to translate business needs into actionable technical solutions

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of AI solutions from pilot to production
• Transition POCs & pilots into scalable production solutions
• Partner with IT and data teams for integration
• Evaluate third-party AI tools and platforms
• Maintain data governance, monitoring, and performance evaluation
