Job summary

Vantage Data Centers seeks a Director, AI Delivery to translate business requirements into measurable AI outcomes. You will lead the AI Delivery team, ensuring velocity without sacrificing governance, security, or scalability across North America, EMEA, and APAC.

You will drive delivery from requirements through production handoff, partnering with Platform and Adoption to enable rollout while maintaining architectural coherence and program excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or related technical field; substantial AI/ML delivery leadership experience.
• Proven delivery methodologies balancing velocity with governance/compliance.
• Deep technical AI/ML, Microsoft Azure, and enterprise integration expertise.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead a high-performing AI Delivery team delivering production-ready solutions on committed timelines.
• Own delivery intake acceptance and ensure readiness before work enters delivery.
• Deliver solutions within the enterprise AI governance framework with ethics, security, and compliance.
