Job summary

KnitWell Group is seeking an Enterprise Project Manager to lead strategic initiatives across AI, infrastructure, and cybersecurity, partnering with technology and business leaders to deliver value.

You will manage cross-functional programs spanning Marketing, Omnichannel, Supply Chain, and Finance, ensuring on-time delivery within budget while promoting continuous improvement. Remote candidates are welcome; preference for Columbus-area or near corporate offices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
• PM professional certifications (PMP, CSM, or equivalent) preferred.
• 7–10 years IT project experience, with 4+ years leading projects.
• Strong planning, budgeting, risk management, and governance skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication across stakeholder groups.
• Experience supporting AI, cloud, cybersecurity, and omnichannel programs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional programs from initiation through stabilization.
• Develop project plans, schedules, budgets, risk and issue logs, and governance artifacts.
• Coordinate resources, dependencies, and milestones across business and technology teams.
• Identify risks and drive mitigation strategies; communicate status to executives.
• Support business cases, intake, requirements, and solution planning.
