Job summary

Netsmart is seeking a Director, AI & Engineering Development to lead engineering and AI delivery for our healthcare technology platform. You will translate product and AI strategy into scalable, secure solutions and partner with cross-functional teams including Product, Data, Security, and Compliance.

This role requires hands-on technical leadership, strong architecture skills, and a track record of delivering production AI capabilities at scale within a regulated environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in software engineering with increasing leadership scope.
• Experience delivering AI/ML in production environments.
• Strong cloud, distributed systems, API/integration experience.
• Able to operate in a matrixed org and collaborate across functions.
• Healthcare technology experience preferred.

Responsibilities
