Qualifications

8–12+ years of experience in digital, analytics, AI, or related tech roles.
Proven experience leading enterprise AI initiatives from concept to production.
Strong understanding of applied AI, data platforms, cloud ecosystems, and enterprise architecture.

Responsibilities

Execute Interface's enterprise AI roadmap with measurable business outcomes.
Identify, vet, and prioritize high-impact AI opportunities with business leaders.
Define enterprise AI architecture and governance across platforms and services.
Partner with Security, Legal, Privacy, and Compliance for responsible AI.
Lead a delivery team and manage adoption, value realization, and ROI.
