Job summary
FOX is seeking a strategic, revenue-driven Sales Leader for an NYC-based team to drive growth across podcast, YouTube, and social media franchises. You will execute go-to-market strategies, manage senior relationships with advertising agencies, and lead a high-performing team to exceed revenue targets.
You will own forecasting, quota planning, and reporting, collaborate with marketing, research, operations, and creator teams, and mentor talent while staying ahead of industry trends in digital
Qualifications
- 12+ years of digital/media sales experience.
- 5+ years of direct management at a major media company.
- Experience in podcasting and creator-led media is highly preferred.
- Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets and closing complex deals.
- Deep expertise in the digital advertising ecosystem, platforms and trends.
- Strong forecasting, budgeting, and revenue management skills.
- Proven leadership in developing early-career sales talent.
Responsibilities
- Lead a high-performing NYC-based sales team to exceed revenue targets.
- Cultivate and maintain senior-level agency relationships to accelerate revenue growth.
- Deliver compelling, high-quality responses to RFPs.
- Drive disciplined pipeline management through CRM and reports.
