FOX in New York is seeking a data-driven Account Executive for Red Seat Ventures to drive podcast and digital media sales across podcast, YouTube, and social platforms.

You will cultivate relationships with decision makers at holding company agencies and brands, craft tailored presentations, and lead full sales cycles from prospecting to close, ensuring flawless campaign delivery and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of meeting and exceeding revenue goals in media sales, preferably across podcasting, digital audio, TV, or social platforms.
• Existing relationships with audio and digital buyers at major holding company agencies and brand teams.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to use data to inform strategy and decision making.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with a talent for building long term relationships.
• Self starter with a passion for storytelling, content, and the evolving creator economy.

Responsibilities

• Drive business development by identifying and cultivating relationships with key decision makers and stakeholders across holding company advertising agencies and brands.
• Sell various ad formats, including host-read endorsements, Dynamic Ad Insertion (DAI), programmatic, video, and custom branded content integrations across the entire podcast portfolio.
• Develop and deliver tailored sales presentations that clearly articulate value and drive incremental revenue.
• Prospect and pitch new business, expanding Red Seat Ventures' footprint and share of client advertising budgets.
• Lead the full sales cycle from initial outreach and proposal creation through negotiation, closing, and post sale client presentations.
• Work with Sales Assistants and Account Managers to ensure flawless campaign execution, overseeing all aspects of delivery, reporting, and client satisfaction.
• Create custom marketing and media solutions that align with client goals and optimize results across multiple platforms.
