Axis Communications in Chelmsford, MA is seeking a Manager, Business Development for Access Control & Intercoms to lead the residential vertical. You will build a go-to-market playbook, guide a virtual team, and drive revenue growth across multi-family properties and MDUs.

You will hire and develop a high-performing team, partner with sales and marketing to close large deals, and help shape Axis's strategy for door solutions while maintaining work-life balance and industry leadership.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field is required.
• 10+ years in sales management with a track record of hitting revenue goals.
• Experience with recurring revenue or subscription services.
• Knowledge of RFP processes and state contracts.
• Experience leading a virtual or dotted-line cross-functional team.
• MBA or Master’s degree is valued.
