Axis Communications is seeking a Manager of Business Development for Access Control & Intercoms to lead the push into door solutions for the multi-family and MDU residential market. The role requires leading a virtual team, driving revenue targets and strategic direction from Axis' Americas HQ with consideration for remote candidates near major airports.

You will build and oversee GTM strategies, hire and guide a high-performing team, and collaborate with sales, marketing and cross-functional

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field is required.
• 10+ years in sales management.
• Knowledge of RFP processes and state contracts.
• Experience selling recurring revenue or subscription services.
• Experience managing a virtual team and cross-functional relationships.
