Axis Communications AB in the United States is seeking a Manager, Business Development for Access Control & Intercoms to lead the entry into the multi-family and MDU residential markets. You will build strategy, hire and guide a virtual team, and coordinate with sales and marketing to drive growth in door solutions.

The role offers remote-friendly options near major airports and requires Eastern Time Zone alignment.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field required.
• MBA or related degree preferred.
• 10+ years in sales management or equivalent leadership experience.
• Knowledge of RFP processes and state contracts in US markets.
• Experience selling recurring revenue or subscription services.
• Experience managing a virtual or dotted-line team and cross-functional collaboration.
