UPMC seeks a board-certified Pathologist with subspecialty training and academic interest in Head and Neck Surgical Pathology to join the Head and Neck Pathology Center of Excellence at Presbyterian-Shadyside. Qualifications

• Must have an M.D./DO and Board certified in Anatomic Pathology with specialty training and academic interest in thoracic pathology.
• Eligibility for medical licensure in Pennsylvania is required.
• A good record of and commitment to scholarly activities and publications.

Responsibilities

• Sign out surgical pathology cases and provide leadership in Head and Neck COE pathology service.
• Mentor and teach Head and Neck Pathology fellows and residents.
• Participate in translational pathology and research initiatives.
• Represent the department nationally and internationally.
