UPMC is recruiting a Pathologist for the Head and Neck Pathology Center of Excellence. The position is in an academic clinical track with subspecialty focus on Head and Neck Surgical Pathology.

The successful candidate will lead translational pathology initiatives and interact with multidisciplinary teams at UPMC and Hillman Cancer Center. Qualifications

• MD/DO with AP board certification and subspecialty in head & neck pathology.
• Eligibility for medical licensure in Pennsylvania.
• Active scholarly activity and publications expected.

Responsibilities

• Sign out surgical pathology cases as needed.
• Lead and participate in Head and Neck COE activities and governance.
• Mentor and teach Head and Neck pathology fellows and residents.
• Represent the department in national and international forums.
