Cencora University seeks a Director of Learning Measurement, Evaluation & Reporting to build the capability that demonstrates whether learning experiences work and drives improvements. This leadership role partners across Talent Insights, WXM, Finance, Learning Technology, HR Technology, and business teams to automate data collection and reporting, while shaping the learning investment view.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Learning & Development, Learning Operations, Talent Development, Organizational Development, or a related field.
• Experience leading teams in a complex, global organization and in learning measurement, evaluation, reporting, or learning operations.
• Experience partnering with instructional designers and L&D leaders to improve learning outcomes.
• Experience managing learning vendors, partners, budgets, or investment portfolios.
• Experience presenting insights and recommendations to senior leaders, with communication that makes complexity clear and actionable.
• Demonstrated use of AI, automation, or emerging technology to improve learning or business operations.

Responsabilités

• Establish a consistent approach to measuring effectiveness across learning activities (on-demand, live, virtual, blended, experiential).
• Embed evaluation, assessment, and learner feedback into experiences from the start.
• Use learning data, assessments, and feedback to identify what's working and where to improve.
• Advise leaders on refining assets, programs, modalities, and learner journeys.
• Create executive-ready reporting and provide shared standards across Cencora University.
• Lead and develop a team responsible for learning measurement, evaluation, reporting, learner feedback, and continuous improvement.
• Build partnerships across Cencora University, L&D, Talent Insights, WXM, Finance, vendors, and business teams.
