Job summary

Cencora University is seeking a Director of Learning Measurement, Evaluation & Reporting to build the capability that demonstrates whether learning experiences drive business value. You will define a simple, scalable measurement model, automate data collection, and create an investment view that shows leaders where dollars go and what they return.

This highly visible role partners across Talent Insights, Finance, Learning Technology, HR Technology, and business teams.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Learning & Development or related field.
• Experience leading teams in a complex, global organization.
• Experience partnering with instructional designers and L&D leaders.
• Experience managing learning vendors, budgets, or investment portfolios.

Responsibilities

• Establish a consistent measurement model across learning activity types (on‑demand, live, virtual, blended, experiential).
• Embed evaluation, assessment, and learner feedback into experiences from the start.
• Provide insights to refine assets, programs, modalities, and learner journeys.
• Lead quarterly learning impact reviews for executive sponsors, consolidating program effectiveness, learner outcomes, capability progress, and investment into one story.
• Create executive‑ready reporting that links learning to business impact and tells clear stories, not just numbers.
• Partner with Finance to monitor spend, variances, and inform investment decisions.
• Lead and develop a team responsible for learning measurement, evaluation, reporting, and continuous improvement.
