Caribou Coffee in Bismarck, ND seeks a General Manager to lead store operations, drive sales, and uphold exceptional guest experiences. You will coach a diverse team, set performance expectations, and manage staffing, training, and daily execution with a focus on strong service and financial results.

The GM will ensure adherence to SOPs, maintain inventory and safety standards, and partner with leadership to implement local initiatives that strengthen community ties and brand presence.

Formación

• Minimum 1–2 years of restaurant, retail, or guest service management experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older and have reliable transportation.
• Valid driver’s license required for distribution and shift coverage.
