Job summary

KidStrong Woodbury is seeking a high-energy Lead Coach/Assistant General Manager to help run the center with the General Manager. You will spend half your time coaching and delivering the KidStrong experience and half on sales, member experience, and center operations.

You will lead coaching quality, safety, and member experience, and build strong relationships with families before, during, and after classes. Prior leadership in youth programs is preferred, and CPR certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience coaching or leading youth programs is preferred.
• Strong leadership and accountability skills.
• Ability to coach and communicate with parents and families.

Responsibilities

• Lead the KidStrong experience on the floor with high energy and safety.
• Develop and mentor coaching staff and scheduling.
• Drive center membership growth and customer engagement.
• Support day-to-day center operations with GM alignment.
• Build relationships with kids, families, and the community.
