Job summary

KidStrong Eagan is seeking a high-energy leader to co-manage our center with the General Manager, split between on-floor coaching and driving membership growth. You’ll train and mentor the coaching team and ensure an exceptional KidStrong experience for kids and families.

You will engage with families, lead classes, manage scheduling, and participate in community outreach to grow membership and center performance. This role is on-site and geared toward building a thriving, positive team culture.

Qualifications

• Experience coaching or teaching in youth programs, sports, fitness, camps, or childcare.
• Proven leadership abilities and ownership mindset.
• Ability to balance coaching with sales conversations.

Responsibilities

• Lead high-energy KidStrong classes for ages crawling to 11 years.
• Develop and mentor coaches; maintain high standards of safety and experience.
• Drive membership growth through outreach, calls, and in-person conversations.
• Support center operations and KPI achievement with GM.
• Engage with families and community events to attract new members.
