Job summary

KidStrong Woodbury is seeking a high-energy Lead Coach/Assistant General Manager to join the center's core management team. You will split time between coaching on the floor and leading center operations.

You will mentor coaches, drive membership growth, and partner with the General Manager to deliver an exceptional KidStrong experience for kids and families. CPR certification is preferred and leadership potential is valued.

Qualifications

• Experience coaching, teaching, or leading youth programs.
• Natural leader with ownership mindset.
• Able to coach and sell memberships.
• Excellent relationship-building with kids, families, and staff.
• CPR certification or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop on-floor KidStrong classes.
• Mentor coaches, onboarding, scheduling.
• Drive membership growth and member experience.
• Oversee center operations and KPIs.
