Job summary

KidStrong Eagan is seeking a high-energy Lead Coach/Assistant General Manager to join the center's leadership team. You will split time between coaching the KidStrong experience and driving sales, member engagement, and center operations.

You will mentor coaches, lead onboarding, and partner with the GM to deliver an exceptional experience for kids and families while hitting membership and performance goals.

Qualifications

• Experience leading teams in youth programs, sports, or child-focused settings.
• Proven ability to coach, mentor, and develop others.
• Strong communication with families and staff.
• Ability to drive membership growth and member experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the KidStrong experience with high energy and safety.
