Job summary

KidStrong Eagan is seeking a high-energy Lead Coach/Assistant General Manager to join our center’s core management team. You will balance on-floor coaching with sales, member experience, and operations to deliver an exceptional KidStrong experience for kids and families.

You will mentor coaches, drive membership growth, and partner with the GM to maintain center performance, safety, and community engagement. Prior leadership in youth programs is preferred and CPR certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in youth programs, camps, or fitness settings.
• Coaching and teaching kids; ability to communicate with families.

Responsibilities

• Lead the KidStrong experience on the floor with high energy and safety.
• Mentor and develop coaches; foster a positive, high-performing team culture.
• Partner with GM on sales, member experience, events, and center operations.
• Take ownership of center performance during leadership hours and ensure cleanliness and presentation.
