Job summary

KidStrong Edina is seeking a high-energy leader to guide the center’s coaching and operations. You will be a core member of the management team, partnering with the General Manager to deliver a superior experience for kids and families.

Approximately half your time is on the floor coaching and delivering the KidStrong experience; the other half focuses on sales, member experience, team leadership, community outreach, and center operations.

Qualifications

• Experience leading youth programs, coaching, or similar environments.
• Strong communication with families and teams.
• Proven ability to coach, mentor, and drive member experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the KidStrong experience with high energy and safety.
• Develop and mentor the coaching team for quality and consistency.
