Job summary

Legends Global seeks a Chef to coordinate day‑to‑day operations at the venue under the General Manager, ensuring smooth production of menu items and adherence to sanitation standards. The role works with event staff to deliver outstanding guest experiences at live events.

Qualifications

• Professional culinary training or relevant experience in high‑volume food service.
• Strong understanding of food safety and sanitation standards.
• Ability to interact with co‑workers to ensure service standards.
• Reading, speaking, and writing in English.

Responsibilities

• Set up and prepare all food items; open/close duties and stock rotation.
• Produce menu items timely and per company standards.
• Input daily event sheets and reports.
• Assist in staffing, scheduling, training, and coaching of event staff.
• Interact with guests and staff to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with service standards, inventory, and cash handling.
• Work as a team with other departments within the stadium.
