Job summary

Legends Global is seeking a Chef to coordinate day-to-day operations at our venue, reporting to the General Manager. The role requires culinary training and experience in fast-paced environments to produce menu items and maintain service standards.

Responsibilities include opening/closing duties, stock rotation, event sheet input, and staff training. A strong focus on guest satisfaction and teamwork is essential for success in this on-site position at Jiffy Lube Live in Bristow, VA.

Qualifications

• Professional training through a culinary education or working in a fast-paced high-volume fine dining restaurant/catering facility, full service casual dining preferred.
• Ability to interact with co-workers to assure compliance with company service standards.
• Must be able to read, speak and write in English.
• Ability to multi task in a fast paced, team orientated setting.
• Must have mobility to perform production tasks for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day to day operations of the venue.
• Set up and prepare all food items; opening and closing duties; replenishment and rotation of stock as directed by the General Manager.
• Input daily event sheets and daily reports; production of menu items per standards.
• Follow directions precisely; maintain work area and proper food storage.
• Ensure guest satisfaction; interact with guests and staff to exceed expectations.
• Assist in staffing, scheduling, training, and counseling of event staff.
