Job summary

Entertainment & Streaming Venture is seeking an entrepreneurial operator to own and scale the Caster Operations function. You will design, recruit, launch and lead a national Caster network to support an expanding slate of film releases.

The 90-day engagement is an executive build mandate with clear deliverables and potential transition to permanent leadership. You will build the infrastructure to identify, recruit, onboard, train, schedule, manage and retain Casters, establishing CRM processes,

Qualifications

• Experience building recruitment pipelines for creator/influencer networks.
• Ability to design qualification and selection criteria for a caster program.
• Strong organizational, strategic thinking and startup-ambition experience.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage the initial Caster recruitment pipeline.
• Identify creators, podcasters, influencers and community leaders with Caster potential.
• Design qualification and selection criteria.
• Develop onboarding, training and operating standards.
• Create CRM processes and workflows.
• Match Casters with films, audiences and communities.
• Establish performance metrics and reporting systems.
• Develop staffing and organizational plans to scale operations after launch.
