Job summary

Entertainment Partners and Central Casting seek a Manager, Casting to lead the casting team, own hiring decisions, and coordinate cross-regional staffing to deliver for clients across TV, film and commercials.

Requires 3+ years of management in entertainment or client services, strong communication and data analysis skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office; expects coaching, performance reviews, and collaboration with senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Experience managing a team in a client service or operations setting.
• Background in casting or entertainment industry preferred.
• Strong analytical and data-driven decision making.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and lead a casting team, assign tasks, and monitor performance.
• Collaborate with Casting Directors and senior managers on workload and show assignments.
• Set expectations, conduct reviews, and provide constructive feedback.
• Participate in hiring decisions and staff development.
• Manage capacity planning, scheduling, and cross-regional staffing.
• Maintain relationships with clients and ensure high-quality delivery.
• Ensure knowledge of SAG-AFTRA contracts and relevant labor laws.
