Job summary

Spark TV is looking for a Casting Coordinator to manage casting operations across our slate of original productions. This role is the day-to-day driver of getting the right guests booked, scheduled, and prepped for filming—working closely with clients, production managers, and the operations team.

You will conduct outreach to clients' existing casting lists, write and post casting calls, and maintain ongoing communication with cast members throughout pre-production and through filming.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outreach to clients' existing casting lists to source and secure guests for upcoming episodes
• Write and post casting calls across relevant platforms and channels
• Maintain ongoing communication with cast members throughout pre-production and through filming
• Track casting status across all active shows and keep casting lists/trackers up to date
• Coordinate cast scheduling and manage the production calendar, ensuring guest availability aligns with shoot dates
• Flag scheduling conflicts or casting gaps early and elevate to production management as needed
• Serve as a point of contact for cast members with questions about logistics, timing, or next steps
• Collaborate with production managers and clients to align on casting priorities per show
