Sprouts Farmers Market is seeking a Head Cashier to supervise a team of cashiers and assist with daily store operations. You will ensure excellent customer service, help resolve register issues, and guide staff on procedures.

The role requires 18+ years, a HS diploma or GED, 1–2 years cashiering with leadership training, and the ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends. A positive, reliable, and team-oriented attitude is essential.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ with a high school diploma or GED and 1–2 years of cashiering experience with leadership training.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends and holidays as business needs change.
• Outgoing, friendly demeanor and the ability to be a role model for staff.
• Ability to operate front-end equipment: register, calculator, scanner.
• Strong numeric and cash-handling skills; good communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of cashiers and assist with operational issues.
• Proactively visit registers to ensure excellent customer service and provide guidance.
• Assist with customer issues at the register and manage store sweeps and cash register supplies.
• Schedule and oversee breaks in compliance with policy and state law.
• Assist in hiring and training new cashiers and address disciplinary actions.
