Job summary

Sprouts Farmers Market seeks a Head Cashier to lead a fast-paced register team and deliver exceptional customer service. You’ll supervise cashiers, oversee operations, and assist with scheduling, training, and issue resolution at the Torrance store.

Ideal candidates are 18+, with a HS diploma or GED and 1–2 years of cashiering experience plus leadership training. Flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or GED and 1–2 years cashiering experience with leadership training.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Strong communication, teamwork and numerical skills; able to supervise cashiers and maintain accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of cashiers and assist with store operations.
• Ensure excellent customer service by guiding cashiers and clerks at registers.
