Sprouts Farmers Market is hiring a Head Cashier to lead a fast-paced front-end team and deliver outstanding customer service. You will oversee cashiers, assist with daily operations, and help maintain store standards.

Qualifications

• Be dependable with a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Outgoing, friendly demeanor and ability to be a role model for customers and staff.
• Proficiency with cash handling and basic math skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of cashiers and assist with store operations.
• Provide direction and support to cashiers and courtesy clerks at registers.
• Schedule breaks and ensure proper meal/rest periods per policy and state law.
• Assist in hiring and training new cashiers and disciplinary actions as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and security around registers and entry/exit doors.
