Sprouts Farmers Market in Raleigh, NC is seeking a Head Cashier to lead a fast-paced frontline team and deliver exceptional customer service. You will supervise cashiers and Courtesy Clerks, ensuring smooth register operations and a welcoming environment.

You will also handle scheduling, training, and compliance with company policies while supporting loss prevention and safety initiatives. This role emphasizes mentoring, efficiency, and helping customers make healthy choices in a busy grocery

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old with a HS diploma or GED and 1–2 years of cashiering experience with leadership training.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Outgoing, friendly demeanor and strong math/cash handling skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of cashiers and assist with store operations.
• Provide direction and support to Cashiers and Courtesy Clerks at registers.
• Schedule breaks and ensure compliance with policy and state requirements.
• Assist in hiring/training new Cashiers and disciplinary actions as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and security at exits and throughout the front-end area.
