Sprouts Farmers Market is seeking a Head Cashier to lead a fast-paced team at our Texas location. You will supervise cashiers and assist with operations while ensuring top‑notch customer service across the front end.

Qualifications include 18+, a HS diploma or GED, and 1–2 years cashiering with leadership training. You will need strong communication and multitasking abilities with a focus on accuracy and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older with a HS diploma or GED and 1–2 years cashiering with leadership training.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Outgoing, friendly person able to model behavior for customers and staff.
• Ability to operate front end equipment; register, calculator, scanner.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and receptiveness to feedback.
• Capable of repetitive tasks and multitasking while staying organized.
• Must lift up to 30 lbs and push carts as part of duties.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of cashiers and assist with operational issues.
• Provide direction to cashiers and courtesy clerks to ensure excellent service.
• Address register issues and assist customers at the point of sale.
• Schedule and oversee breaks in compliance with policy and state requirements.
• Assist in hiring and training new cashiers and disciplinary steps when needed.
• Maintain security by monitoring exit doors and cash handling accuracy.
