Job summary

Lowe's Companies, Inc. is seeking a customer-focused associate to provide SMART service and assist customers throughout their shopping experience. You will locate, demonstrate, and load merchandise, answer questions, and guide customers through projects in-store.

You will also support checkout operations, handle returns, and help maintain store security and cleanliness. The role includes coaching teammates and ensuring accurate pricing and warranty information.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent years of experience.
• 1 Year Retail experience as a cashier.
• Ability to obtain sales related licensure or registration as may be required by law

Responsibilities

• Provides SMART customer service at all times through Lowe's policies and programs.
• Assists customers in locating, demonstrating, selecting, carrying, and loading merchandise.
• Responds promptly to customer and employee questions; guides customers through projects in-store.
• Communicates stock, special orders, warranties, and program details to customers.
• Coaches and trains associates in departmental duties and sales opportunities (CSA Front End Team).
