• Seeks out customers to understand needs and assists in locating, demonstrating, selecting, carrying, and loading merchandise.
• Responds knowledgeably to customer questions and guides them through projects when needed.
• Communicates information about stock, special orders, features, warranties and programs to customers.
• Coaches and trains associates in departmental duties and sales opportunities.
