Job summary

Qualifications

• Familiarity with basic retail technology such as tablets and smartphones.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service following Lowe's policies and programs.
• Assist customers in locating and selecting merchandise and demonstrate usage.
• Operate cash register and process transactions, returns, and refunds per guidelines.
• Detect shoplifting signs and report to management or Asset Protection.
• Keep register area stocked and prepared at shift start and end.
