• Ability to obtain sales-related licensure or registration as required by law.

Responsibilities

• Provides SMART customer service at all times through Lowe's customer service policies, procedures and programs.
• Seeks out customers to understand needs and assists in locating, demonstrating, selecting, carrying, and loading merchandise.
• Answers customer and employee questions by guiding them through areas of the store and through projects.
• Communicates information about stock, special order merchandise, features, benefits, applications, and warranties.
