Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide SMART customer service per Lowe's policies and programs.
• Assist customers in locating, demonstrating, selecting, carrying, and loading merchandise.
• Respond promptly to customer questions and guide through projects in-store.
• Communicate information about stock, merchandise, and warranty details.
• Operate cash register and process sales, returns, and refunds according to guidelines.
• Maintain a clean, safe store area and monitor safety procedures.
• Monitor cash in drawer and perform daily reconciliation tasks.
