Blank Street in New York City is seeking a Cafe Manager to lead a high-energy hospitality team, own daily store operations, and uphold exceptional customer experiences. You will train staff, manage scheduling, inventory, and vendor relations, and drive continuous improvement across quality and service.

You will recruit talent with the People Team, ensure beverage and food standards, and focus on engagement scores while growing local brand loyalty and financial performance.

Formación

• 4+ years of experience managing and leading single-store unit operations in high growth hospitality or consumer brands.
• Experience recruiting, training, and developing hospitality teams; strong scheduling and labor law knowledge.

Responsabilidades

• Create a motivating team culture through training, coaching, and mentoring.
• Schedule coverage and publish staff rosters compliant with state/local laws.
• Oversee timecards, PTO, and payroll accuracy.
• Recruit talent in collaboration with People Team.
• Ensure coffee quality and equipment standards are met.
• Maintain inventory, vendor relations, and waste management.
