Essential Employment Services, Inc is seeking a Retail Personal Service Provider Lead to guide dispensary operations, lead by example in customer service, and ensure compliance and efficiency in daily activities.

You will train PSPs, manage cash handling and POS transactions, and educate customers on cannabis products and consumption methods while maintaining a welcoming team environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a dispensary or customer service in cannabis
• Strong understanding of cannabis products, strains, consumption methods, and effects
• Ability to educate customers and team members on cannabis topics
• Proven ability to lead by example and motivate team members

Responsabilités

• Serve as Key Holder by opening and/or closing the dispensary
• Assist Store Management Team in training PSPs and ensuring compliant, accurate dispensing and payments
• Handle cash deposits, reconcile cash and debit transactions, and record daily cash tips
• Participate in inventory management and restocking as directed by Inventory Lead
• Coordinate staff break schedule to maximize customer support during peak times
• Troubleshoot customer service issues professionally and authoritatively
• Ensure products are labeled and stored per regulatory standards
• Assist customers with product selection and provide recommendations
• Educate customers on strains, products, and consumption methods
• Process sales transactions and handle cash and card payments
• Stay updated on new products, strains, and industry trends
• Maintain a positive, welcoming team environment
• Participate in ongoing education and professional development
• Other duties as assigned by management
