Job summary

Essential Employment Services, Inc. is seeking a Retail Personal Service Provider Lead for our Michigan dispensary. You will lead the front-end team, train staff, and ensure compliance while delivering excellent customer service to patients and customers.

You will manage cash handling, POS operations, and daily deposits, while educating customers on strains and products and maintaining a welcoming environment. Evening/weekend availability required.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years in a dispensary or cannabis customer service role required.
• Ability to educate customers on cannabis products, strains and methods.
• Proven leadership, team motivation, and gap-free operations.

Responsibilities

• Open/close the dispensary as Key Holder and supervise PSPs.
• Train PSPs and ensure compliant, accurate dispensing and payments.
• Handle cash, reconcile transactions, and prepare deposits daily.
• Assist inventory management and staff scheduling during peak times.
• Provide product recommendations and educate customers on products.
