You will engage with guests, answer questions, and ensure compliance with state regulations in a welcoming, professional environment.

The role emphasizes accurate cash handling, teamwork, and the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old per state law.
• Experience in customer service, preferably in retail or cannabis.
• Strong knowledge of cannabis products, strains, consumption methods, and effects.
• Excellent communication skills to engage a variety of customers.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Must pass a background check per state law.
• Basic math skills for cash handling and register transactions.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Complete Compliant Customer/Patient transactions
• Assist or upscale disgruntled customers/patients to Manager on Duty
• Take out trash and assist in keeping the sales floor clean
• Confirm cash register begins and ends at $200
• Confirm accurate cash drops
• Parking Lot Sweeps
• Build online orders (when there is downtime)
• Research current products
• Clean glass fixtures
• Assist in Greeter position duties when needed
• Access patient records with confidentiality
