Job summary
Starbucks Corp. is seeking a Director of PRO Technology to lead the strategy, delivery and sustainment of HCM tech capabilities, with SAP SuccessFactors as the core platform.
You will own partner data integrations, drive platform operations, and partner with PRO to deliver HR, payroll, learning, and compensation capabilities at scale. You will lead cross-functional delivery across product, engineering, data, security and vendors, building high-performing teams and guiding governance and change
Qualifications
- 10+ years of progressive technology leadership experience.
- Experience with Human Capital Management platforms and hire-to-retire capabilities.
- Strong executive communication and complex stakeholder management skills.
- Experience managing enterprise platforms and large-scale transformation programs.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute a multi-year roadmap for SAP SuccessFactors and related partner technology capabilities.
- Own reliable partner data integrations across SAP SF and internal systems.
- Partner with PRO to translate business needs into technology priorities and measurable outcomes.
- Drive platform modernization, governance, and vendor management practices.
- Lead cross-functional delivery across product, engineering, architecture, data, security and operations.
- Develop and inspire high-performing technology teams.
