Job summary

PepsiCo Deutschland GmbH is seeking a Senior HRIT/Systems Integration professional to ensure SuccessFactors integration supports HR data and best practices. You will collaborate with global HR operations to standardize processes and ensure integrations align with the Global Template while enabling data from PepsiCo's SAP SuccessFactors platform.

You will lead assessments, enhancements, and large project implementations across the HR system landscape, coordinating with stakeholders to meet

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in IT or HR; MBA preferred.
5–8+ years of experience in HCM system implementations/HRIT.
CPI and API Management implementation experience.
BTP landscape management and support.
Experience with large scale HCM ERP/Cloud solutions such as Employee Central or SAP HCM.

Responsibilities

Assess new SAP/SuccessFactors functionality and make recommendations to meet additional business requirements.
Support Voice of the Customer enhancements.
Lead implementation for large projects and configuration changes with timelines and plans.
Ensure alignment of projects across the HR system landscape.
