Job summary
PepsiCo seeks an experienced HR integrations professional to ensure SuccessFactors integrations align with global templates and local requirements. You will collaborate with global HR operations to standardize processes and enable critical data exchange with SAP SuccessFactors, while supporting upgrades and enhancements across the HR systems landscape.
You will lead impact analyses, project plans, and configuration changes for new functionality, ensuring alignment across the HR system landscape
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in IT or Human Resources; MBA preferred.
- 5–8+ years of experience in HCM system implementations/HRIT.
- Experience with CPI and API Management implementations.
- Experience in large-scale HCM ERP/Cloud implementations such as Employee Central, SAP HCM, Workday, PeopleSoft or Oracle HRMS.
Responsibilities
- Assess new SAP/SuccessFactors functionality and recommend improvements to meet business needs.
- Support Voice of the Customer enhancements and execution.
- Lead impact analysis and project plans for new functionality and configuration changes.
- Ensure alignment across the HR system landscape and maintain documentation.
- Design EC system solutions to meet global and local requirements.
