Job summary

PepsiCo is seeking a role to ensure SAP SuccessFactors Integration solutions support HR data and enable best practices across PepsiCo. The position collaborates with global HR operations to standardize business processes and ensures integrations conform to the Global Template while enabling data integration from the PepsiCo SAP SuccessFactors HR solution.

This role will own coordinating with stakeholders to deliver enhancements and support upgrades, ensuring solutions meet business requirements

Qualifications

Minimum of a bachelor’s degree, preferably in IT or Human Resources, MBA preferred.
5-8+ years of experience in HCM system implementations/HRIT.
CPI and API Management implementation experience.
BTP landscape management and support.
Experience implementing large scale HCM ERP/Cloud solutions: Employee Central or SAP HCM preferred, but will consider Workday, PeopleSoft or Oracle HRMS.

Responsibilities

Assess new SAP/SuccessFactors functionality and make recommendations to meet additional business requirements, improve processes, eliminate customizations and create efficiencies.
Support the implementation of “Voice of the Customer” enhancements.
Conduct impact analysis, manage and lead implementation for additional large projects and configuration changes for new functionality/solutions.
Ensure projects are in alignment across the HR system landscape.
Update sustain inventory including interface design documents, interface SOPs, error handling process documentation, configuration workbooks and other data dictionaries.
