Qualifications
- 7–10+ years of relevant experience in systems analysis, solution design, and IT operations.
- Deep understanding of global HR processes, including Position Management and Time Management.
- Experience analyzing, configuring, implementing, and supporting HCM ERP/SaaS systems like SuccessFactors.
- Working knowledge of SDLC, Agile/Scrum, and service-oriented architecture (SOA) concepts.
Responsibilities
- Lead solution design and delivery to improve processes and outcomes.
- Configure solutions and support data conversion and testing.
- Own production support and stability with 24x7 support.
