Starbucks is seeking a Director of PRO Technology to lead the strategy, delivery, and sustainment of HCM tech across hire-to-retire. You will guide SAP SuccessFactors implementations, ensure secure data flows, and partner with PRO to translate business needs into technology priorities across HR, payroll, learning and compensation.
The role emphasizes scalable, compliant solutions, strong governance, and building high-performing teams in a complex, matrixed environment.
Competenze
- 10+ years of progressive technology leadership experience across enterprise platforms
- 5+ years of people leadership experience
- Experience with Human Capital Management platforms and hire-to-retire capabilities
- Experience with SAP SuccessFactors or comparable enterprise HCM platforms
- Strong understanding of enterprise integration patterns, APIs, middleware and data governance
- Ability to translate business strategy into technology roadmaps and priorities
- Experience managing strategic vendor relationships and SLAs
- Advanced degree preferred in related field
