We seek an experienced consultative sales professional who thrives on building relationships, developing new business, and guiding organizations to the right HCM stack.

You will manage a revenue-focused territory, deliver compelling demonstrations, conduct discovery, and close deals while collaborating with internal teams.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of consultative software sales experience.
• Proven record of new business generation.
• Proven ability to manage a sales territory.
• Strong prospecting, presentation, and closing skills.
• Strong relationship-building skills.
• Excellent organization and communication skills.
• Salesforce experience preferred.
• Experience with virtual selling tools.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively.

Responsibilities

• Develop and close new business within an assigned territory.
• Generate prospects through networking, referrals, and self-sourcing.
• Build relationships with business owners and executives.
• Develop referral partnerships with key business partners.
• Identify expansion opportunities within existing customers.
• Conduct discovery to understand customer needs.
• Deliver presentations and product demonstrations.
• Manage the sales cycle from prospecting to close.
• Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
• Maintain accurate CRM activity and sales records.
• Partner with internal teams throughout the sales process.
• Meet or exceed assigned sales quotas.
